Position: Roofing Sales Representative

Location: Houston, TX

Responsibilities:

- Generate leads and build a client base through effective sales strategies, including door knocking.

- Conduct consultations and assessments to understand clients' roofing needs.

- Provide comprehensive information about roofing products, services, and solutions.

- Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and contracts to potential customers.

- Collaborate with the team to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

- Maintain relationships with existing clients and cultivate new partnerships.

Qualifications:

- Proven sales experience, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Knowledge of roofing products and services is a plus.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

- Must have own vehicle; a truck is preferred.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50k - $150k+ per year

Compensation package:

· Commission only

· Performance bonus

· Uncapped commission

Schedule:

· Monday to Friday

· Weekends as needed

Travel requirement:

· Up to 50% travel

Experience:

· Sales: 2 years (Preferred)

· Door-to-door Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

· Roofing sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

· Houston, TX (Required)

Work Location: On the road
